The plans quoted above are for annual billing.
The start up fee goes towards initial hours for training and setup. For the Small package this is approximately ten hours and large up to 20 hours. This should be enough to get you up and running, but if you need more, additional service hours can be purchased.
Yes! We pride ourselves on our outstanding support team, they are available to help you Monday – Friday from 09.00 – 16.00 CEST. Included in your plan, you will have access to ongoing training via one of our highly knowledgeable customer success managers!
